    Auto x help!!

I know there's a ton of threads about the auto x but I haven't seen this problem come up.
I'm having a hell of a time mounting my 85 200s motor in my 85 200x frame. I'm using the first gen x mounts and whenever I get one in none of the other ones line up.
Is there a certain order or trick to putting in motor mounts?Click image for larger version.

Sorry for the sideways pics. I should mention that the down tube has been dimpled to accept a e start. Could this have bent my frame? Still looking for answers.

This is important, keep them all loose and get all the bolts in first. I had a bit of a hard time with mine too, I used a pry bar and pulled hard to get it to line up

Yeah, even with the down tube ones loose I can't get the ones near the sprocket to go all the way through. The one with the two spacers will go through the frame then spacer and case, but then on the other side of the case the spacer is too long and the last hole on the frame doesn't line up. It almost looks as if the tab on the frame was bent in slightly. Heat and beat?

Thanks for the input, just wanted to check with everyone before I went to the pry bar or ended up breaking a bolt or cracking my case.
