V Force 3 for Tri Z on ebay? (links)

I've been looking around for some V force 3 reeds for the Tri Z from what I've been finding they dont make them but I see people using V force 3 reeds from YZ 125 dirt bikes and was looking on ebay and found these on ebay looks like the right one but not sure what years will work?

You can call them directly and ask for the Tri Z reeds and cage. When I called them the guy on the phone knows a lot of members on the forums here, very helpful. They sent me a pair of VForce socks & extra stickers too,, lol.

I called this morning because the online store is down. They tried to sell me the v303-fm for a YZ. Said it was the same bolt pattern as the kx one and it comes with the 682m reed petals. Will this one work?

Years ago Corey Sprock had Moto Tassinari make a V-Force cage specifically for the Tri-Z. As far as I know I got the last one from Greg at Off Road Innovations about two years ago. He may have made more since then but I doubt it. Give Greg a call a check--he's a good guy.

I was told exactly the same by email, I didn't buy one yet, maybe the yz option wasn't available before, here's a copy of the question I sent and the answer:

    Hi, I would like to buy a kit for a yamaha tri-z 1986 (ytz250s)

I was told to ask for a (Kawasaki KX125) V303A reed cage but with 3P682M petals instead of the 3P682H included in the kit.
I saw your YZ250 kit V303-FM that already has the right petals, do both of these kits use the same reed cage?

    Hello David,
You are correct, it is the same reed cage so you can use the V303-FM.

    Regards,
    Zak
