    Oh, that's easy! Its a 1986 P.O.S. "Limited Gold Edition" ATC. These things are very rare because the company only lasted for about 6 weeks in 1985.

    WTF is up with that "Custom" Frame? At Least The Engine and any other salvageable parts should get you your money Back Plus More i'm Sure if you were to buy it and part it out.
