1986 Honda Big Red 250es

The one I planned on keeping was the dx lol. Still building my other basket case KLT so I'm just keeping a few things off of this one. I found all of these through my wanted ad on cl, I usually get alot of calls but this week several of the calls actually lead to some good stuff. I just sold my other US90 and 200x because I needed space and then I filled the place right back up with 2x as much stuff![]()
The dx is the one I would keep also! There is a KLT 200 on my local Craigslist for $200 but it doesn't run and the ad doesn't have any pics. Looks like you found some decent machines though!
Had to take my ad down after I brought home all of these in the past day....
1985 225dx - Parts bike with rebuilt motor, complete minus plastics
198? Tri Moto 200? - Should Run
1985 200s - Should Run - Forgot to take a pic but you can see it in the truck
1985 350x - Runs great - Came with everything in the pictures below plus 2 motors that need rebuilds -Looks like a bassani exhaust - Only paid 500 bucks....
Also got some big red parts from the guy who I bought the first 3 from.

you straight up stole that 350x... you are lucky as hell!
Nice!
You thinking about selling the other frame, swinger, and bad engine?![]()
With the exception of the 350x I paid about $100 each for all these machines if you average it out! The engine in the 350x may be from an 86, I would doubt that it is the original for that frame considering he gave me 2 other non running engines.
The 350x is definatley staying and probably the 225dx in the first post. The KLT 160 and the 225dx part bikes should help provide some parts for my KLT 185 and the 225dx I picked up in the first post then I'll post whats left for sale. I wish I had found this US90 before I parted out the other one I had, probably could have made a nice bike but this 90 already found a new home anyways. That just leaves the 200s and the trimoto?, guess I'll just have to see how I like those when I get them running.
