350X with trx250 motor rides like a 2 stroke?

I have a 350X with a trx250x motor on it. It is kinda slow at low rpm and and doesn't wheelie. Then at a little higher rpm it stutters a little bit, then it takes off really fast screaming. It's just like a 2 stroke! Anyone know why it does this? My 200X takes off really fast, this think kinda takes off slow, but takes off fast if you ride through the powerband of each gear. Just posting this to find out why it rides like this when it's a 4 stroke. Has it been jetted to run like this? Or is that normal for trx250x motors?

Do you know what, I just put a 2 stroke exaust on my 225dx and it is doing the same thing, because before I would have to use a lot of muscle to get it up in 2nd gear but when I got the new one on 2nd is the main gear to do wheelies because you just lean back and hit the gas and it wants to flip me, and it does the same thing with the take off, it starts off slow and puddering and then something just kicks in and it flys.

And maybe your 250 motor isn't jetted or tuned right
