Ok, we know the work was done during the day as daylight can be seen past the door flap throughout the video and it does not appear to have gotten brighter or darker at any point. This tells me the work was likely done on a weekend or perhaps that he is unemployed and has a drinking problem. We can also assume that it was getting warmer in there because he took his sweater off, so he likley started before noon. It would have been nice if he’d have been wearing a watch that we could see, but he wasn’t and I can’t make out the time on the phone either. He appears to go off camera three times. Once at 2:35 at 4:33 and again at minute 6:38. Did he go to check the manual? Take a leak? Have lunch? Come back the next day wearing the same clothes? Hard to say, but one thing I’m sure about is that it took him at least 7 minutes to get the sprocket off when he started, so anyone guessing under 30 minutes can forget about winning.

For my estimate, I started counting at the 38 second mark of the video - the moment you put tool to motor; I'm assuming we can't count the first part of the video since you're not actually tearing it down yet. I stopped my "timing" at the 6:59 mark of your video when you picked up the beer to celebrate a job well done.

Total teardown time estimate : 38 minutes
