most local atv dealers around here rebuild and recharge shocks, maybe you should try your local dealership.

Where I work we use lots of nitrogen for charging accumulators. We do not charge for nitrogen. The customer is just billed for our normal hourly rate.
If your lucky your local bike shop will do the same. It doesn't take but a couple minutes to charge one.

...another one of the advantages of living near an ironworker that i know really good...youll be surprised the things he can do...he makes parts for his bikes, like bearing seals and stuff any part...he's even straightened my axil...couple times, he has nitrogen...he didnt even pay me to recharge my shock...and he's gonna turn a 94cr500R into a 3-wheeler... :shock: that will be hella cool...
