Have you checked any machine shops in your area. I have a local machine shop to bore my cylinders. Quality of the bore is far better then any motorcycle shop I have ever been to.

where in western ny are you 84honda? I can point you to a couple good shops. Klispies in hamburg usually have mine done the next day They have even had them done the same day for me. 60.00 for a 4 poke and 70.00 for a 2smoker.

I have mine done at the local Napa shop. Fast ( 1-3 days ) and very reasonable. I think my P3 cylinders cost $35-$40, and the one they did in under 2 hrs. But then they get a lot of buisness from me so I get treated well.
