    yeah your bike is running to rich and fouling the plugs on you you have to lean it out a bit and it should take care of your prob try running a D7EA NGK plug in it it is a tad bit hotter burning plug and might help you a bit with how rich its running but the proper fix would be to rejet the carb on it.

    its because the plug is fouling out and can no longer creat a hot enouph spark to ignite the feul/air mixture so it cuts out and then finaly dies.

    I have the same bike, factory, the needle should be right in the middle groove, 3 from the top, or 3 from the bottom, however you look at it. I have the mixture screw turned out 2 full turns and it seems to be the best it has ever been.

    by saying my carb may need rejettin,does that mean moving the slide up or down on the groves?
