    Quick question on cylinder jugs

I am building up a 200S engine I have. I'm getting to the top end and I need some help. I have 3 Cylinders.

    Cylinder # 1 is Mic'd at - 65.5828
    Cylinder # 2 is Mic'd at - 65.532
    Cylinder # 3 is Mic'd at - 65.5574

I have a Wiseco piston I found that I got new rings for that is 65.50.. 10:25:1.. SN 4394M06550..

Now with that being said would these even be good to use anymore or no? Another question is that if they all are usable, the best would be to go with Cylinder # 2, correct? Well I would think so also, BUT I ran into a problem with Cylinder # 2... It's off of 83-85 200X and the dowel pins are WAY different than I have ever seen. Maybe not way different, but they are pushed in a lot further than I have ever seen. Is this normal? Did they make a certain year model engine like that? Is it usable?

    All help appreciated! Thank you!

    Hello

The cylinder part numbers are different that's all I can tell you there. What do you mean by dowels are "piushed in"? Do you mean recessed or closer together than you orig cylinder?

    Your piston is std.

Cyl #1 is worn out ,080 over.

Cyl #2 cyl is a good .030 over.

Cyl #3 is worn out .050 over

    Hello

    Cylinder # 1 is Mic'd at - 65.5828
    Cylinder # 2 is Mic'd at - 65.532 = 2.580
    Cylinder # 3 is Mic'd at - 65.5574 2.581

I have a Wiseco piston I found that I got new rings for that is 65.50.. 10:25:1.. SN 4394M06550..

    Your piston 65.50 2.5787
    Your #2 cyl 65.53 2.580
    Cyl max 65.10 2.569
    Cyl std 65.00 2.559
    Piston min 64.90 2.555

Piston 2.5787 - std cyl 2.559 = .0197 = ,020 over piston. Internet says it is std piston.

    Cyl 2 2.580 – piston 2.5787 = .0033 clearance, your piston will work in # 2 cyl.

    Cyl 3 2.581 – piston 2.5787 = .0023 clearance, your piston will work in #3 cyl.

Make sure you check your ring end gap also!
