how do you take the flywheel off a 200s?

How do you get the flywheel (thing on top of stator) of a 1984 Honda 200s? I removed the pull starter, then the built in the middle, and the thing the pull starter catches on. How do i pull it off the shaft? I tried hard and cant get it. Is there a trick?

No you may ruin it, it needs to be pulled from the center. take it to a shop and pay the $10.00 to pull off. If you ruin it go back to ebay and buy another and hope it's good.
