    I got the flu

Wed nite I started to feel sick.Scratchy throat, headache, sore muscles, etc. Thursday morning I got up at 3am to plow snow and I could hardly move.I was done plowing by 10am and came home and went to bed.I slept for about 7 hrs.I didnt have much of an appetite so I ate a bunch of toast. 30 minutes later I threw it all up.After that I had a ham sandwich and that only stayed in for about 10 minutes. Thursday nite I didnt sleep at all,I rolled around on my bed all night looking at the clock about every 5 minutes.I got to watch all the stupid infomercials on TV,lol. This morning I have enough strength to hold my head up and type.Maybe this afternoon I will dress really warm and do some motos on the snowcross track and sweat it all out.
    ANyone else got the flu?
Some one died on tuesday or wed a few hrs from here that got the flu.Thats real reassuring

Good luck guys, see the doctor, drinks fluids, and get better soon. Yeah I am just getting over something like that. I woke up last Thursday with a bad headache, cough, and being really sore. I didn't want to go to the doctor so I just took some advil and went on with it. Saturday morrning when I took a hot shower and passed out so I figured it was time to go to the doctor, he said it was just a bad cold and gave me more medicine. I am just about over it, probably because I just finnish all my finals soo I can talke some time off.

No Flu here but I did catch a case of StomachFlush. Felt fine. No cough, scratchy throat or runny nose. Nothing in my head. Did have sore muscles, gut cramps, and got to sit and "think" alot. Only lasted 4-5 days. I started feeling bad last friday and a week later, I'm good to go. Still felt lingering remnants yesterday but at least I got to eat and keep 3 whole meals. No complaints today.

Best wishes TimSr. Keep hydrated and get to feelin' better.

I did manage to ride the blaster today.I got about 2 miles from home when I had problems. I was toolin along in 1st or 2nd when I heard the engine start knocking bad.I shut it off and said "OH Great,I'm sick and I get stuck way the F out here",lol The oil injection tank was empty(I guess the warning light doesnt work).I walked to the nearest road and headed for home, luckily a few town workers drove by and gave me a ride home.I grabbed some oil and got a ride back to where the blaster was,I dumped the oil in and rode home. When I got home I took a hot shower and went to bed again.still have a bad headache, congestion and sore muscles all over. The ride was well worth it.

the blaster didnt bite the dust,,,it runs just as good now as it did trailprotrailpro the oil prob.I only ran out b/c the low oil light never came on and I'm used to riding a premix blaster so I thought nothing of it.I dont think i was riding it hard enough at the time to damage it.
I bought this blaster to keep stock so i have something to compare my modified blaster too.Maybe after racing season is over I will start modding my stock blaster.

Smokinwrench, Hope she is OK.My eyes are very sensitive to light when I get sick.Even the PC monitor makes my eyes burn.

The Flu is a trailprotrailprotrailprotrailprotrailpro, isnt it? I had it for almost a week and a half recently. No good at all.
