Exhaust flange gaskets - Where is good to buy from?

Finally got my first 250R (85) and I noticed it puking black stuff around the pipe at the flange so I finally tore it apart and was gonna re-align the pipe etc. and then noticed the back ring on the flange was half gone. Where is a good site to purchase these that doesn't charge $20 shipping. What is the best style for a stock flange? (if there is different options).

One thing is to go to your nearest motorcycle dealer. They typically have dozens of different sizes just find one the is the same or slightly smaller od as your flange.

They also sell various sizes at any industrial hardware supply store. Ask to see the copper crush washers/gaskets etc.
