Gonna be a sweet trike can't wait to see it at trike fest. I have wanted to do a 500 atc for so long maybe one of these days i can gather up the parts. If you ever wanna sell this or no somebody that has one i got the cash for it.

Picked up this 450r 2007 swing arm, carrier, swinger bolt, stock and adjustable dog bones, full brake set up, and extended axle. Grabbed it tonight, been picking Halls all knowing brain about how to install this bad boy the RIGHT WAY! I'm excited, inverts are up next on the list and the hope is to have them made and at my door with some cr125 forks cut down in the next 2 weeks. Motor is supposed to have shipped today, when it shows the plan is to go hang out with Eric and Sprock to assemble.

thanks guys! I will take pictures of the install but the 450r swinger on the 250r frame is pretty straightforward. I will make sure theres pictures of the process just so i can post whore some more though

and Six I am contemplating having one of the guru's make an aluminum frame conversion for me in the near future so this 500 frame would be up for grabs. Really hcant wait to put everything together, excited and worried at the same time. Its going to be a mess trouble shooting with the 38mm Smart Carb, Rekluse auto clutch, fresh built 500 motor, and topping those items off with new inverted forks and rear suspension. Literally everything is going to be 'new' on this so there will be alot of fun chasing down items and making it rideable. Little Sahara ride is just 7 short weeks away and the 500 is a frame on a milk crate with the 310 needing attention too! love last minute work

Covers, 3 cases, wp housing, head, cylinder, old reeds and exhaust, shift forks, crankcase vent and bearing retaining parts, new reed in cylinder, decomp valve in parts bag.

List of stuff packed and ready to ship from MRE. SO CLOSE I CAN TASTE IT

The bottom gusset is actually already flipped on this Billy frame for the 500 motor, so I didn't have to notch it for clearance.


See this picture for what the normal 250r frame looks like and the highlighted marker spot is what needs to be cut for clearance so there's no binding and you get full suspension travel.

I slapped a coat of primer on it because the frame was an ugly mess, now it's a little less ugly the bike will be torn back down after the little Sahara ride in march so I can powder coat the frame and all associated parts.


2007 450r swinger assembly bolted on, need to find a rear shock to run.

Bought an 85 250r that's headed to my house in St. Louis tonight to use for extra parts like full plastics groments front hub etc and being sold to my brother in law-to-be Phill so he can create his own water pumper and join the ranks of the 3rd gen R elitists

And sent Mr Honnerlaw money for a 10" front wheel. Ordering another 21x7x10" front Duro Hook-up Radial. I really like the one I already have infront of my 310.

Motor showed up from MRE. Waiting to unwrap it until this weekend, want to go to Erics to get the crank and assemble it. check out the sweet clutch and stator covers



I will throw some shots up as more stuff arrives, but i went on a shopping spree wednesday. Mountain of parts like airbox, front hub, rads and brackets, new silicone hoses, 488 piece bolt kit etc. It got out of hand lol. Should have two nice riders out of this mess though, cant wait for some freshened up machines to rip on in 2014
