    Clutch adjuster Screw on Tri-z

Want to make sure I get this right. There is an adjuster screw on the side of the clutch plate. Book says to unhook clutch cable clip hook on top of the case and aligne handle mechanism up with the side of the case on the left side. Then loosen nut and turn the adjuster in till it barely seats the rod/ball and then back it off. Is this a two man job as the mechanism on the left hand side won't stay alined with case unless you hold it in position while leaning over the seat to make the adjustments on the other side.
Is there a better way to do this?
    Thanks

easier with 2 people or hold the clutch arm with 1 hand and adjust screw with other then let off arm so you can tighten the jam nut. it will probably be off a little but from there just back off jam nut and adjust a little at a time retightening nut then move arm to see where it sets once you feel all the free travel out of arm.

Thanks. I'll try it that way.
