Hi can any one tell me why my tri-z250 looses power and the breather pipe blows out at the bottom of

At what time does it loose power? At what throttle posistion? Does it get better, stay consistant, or get worse? How long have you had it? Sounds like excessive blowby to me. Best thing to do to confirm this is a cylinder leak down test. If that proves to be beyond acceptabl limits, it can be from; worn/broken piston ring(s), worn cylinder, piston damage...
