Hey guys, this bike sat for a few years and the hi / low is extremely hard to move. Whats the best course of action here?

I've seen some really stuck before and the best way is to pull the cover and remove the h/l shaft, clean and reinstall.

Put full synthetic oil in it and ride the crap outta it, getter hot and then start moving the lever. Sometimes you gotta puttem in gear and rockem back and forth to get them to disengauge. Do this often. Usually they start to get better with each time you ride.
