I have a 84 ATC-200S which im trying to sell(see classifieds) but I'd like to get it running first, im 90% it's the stator, does anyone know what the resistence reading on an ohm meter should be?? also does anyone know the ohm resitence fro the black box(CDI)?? thanks for any help.

Never seen a CDI box go bad on this model. The stator is normally the problem. Black with red stripped wire coming from the stator should check 215-240 ohm. Make sure it's unplugged when testing.
