Just wanted to show HUGE thanks and appreciation to everyone who responded to my 350X Jetting post. Barnett gave me a bunch of pointers that saved me a bunch of time as well as saved me from screwing up the kick starter gears on my 350X.

This forum ROCKS!!!! Thanks to everyone who has already helped me out.

I managed to get the bike running, the brake cleaner thing helped a lot. I also got the decompression cable sorted out. It's a whole new animal now. I'm pretty sure I can pass on the electric starter, even with the big bore.

If you ever end up not being able to kick your 350 over, check the decompression cable first. I have been reading a lot of posts on other sites as well. I'm positive that this has been misdiognosed more than once.
