My wifes uncle has a late 80's or early 90's Kawasaki Bayou 220. It has trouble shifting into gear and when it does, its definitely not 1st gear, then pops out of gear, and has trouble finding neutral again. I know he replaced not the shift lever but the shift bar that goes into the motor because it had snapped off, bit I don't remember if he said it was doing it before that. Any ideas?
