    Barn Find!! 1972 Honda CT70

    Drove to Quebec Today to drop off a trike and some parts .. Once I got there made the deal and was putting the trike away in the barn, I seen a strange back wheel sticking out from under a tarp covered in dust and coon sh@*T... Just had to look!!! Click image for larger version.

    Long storie short Its been in the barn for about 25 years, and now its in the box of my truck, she runs,(Fresh gas and 3Kicks) and im taking it back to Toronto with me!!!
    Don't know anything about them CT's but looks like neat little bike for some kid!!! And being me I just couldn't leave it there for another 25 years!!

    Very cool find. I raced them many years ago. Check out this guy,he builds some really nice ones. Plus you will see an old pic of me racing mine.

    No I have never been one for saving things. I sold hundreds of my trophies,gave away all my riding stuff,3wheelers,motorcycles ect. ect. Even now once I do a magazine project bike I sell it soon after. Yes I do have some regrets, but can't do anything about it now.

    Take the cash and spend it on something else that makes you happy.

    I'm just glad I got my Team Honda 200x back. This was one of those regrets.

    Sweet find! My first bike was a red ct70, them buggers will take a beating with zero maintenence.
    86 tri z - might be nearly done throwing money at it! (good thing, the hondas are getting jealous!)
    86 250sx - old reliable
    83 atc 70-new project for me and the boy
    another 82 110
    a bunch of golf carts for the wife and kids
    -gone but not forgotten-
    82? 110 - why did i sell it??
    84 225dx - meh, it was a pile

    had the same bike as a kid. was my 1st. things are rare now. mine was a 1973 same color! got mine free in 1992 at age 9!
