250es motor issues and 185 clutch issues. im a busy guy.

so from the minds of this forum i got my kickstarter on the 250es fixed, bad one way bearing. now i notice that sometimes when i kick it over it drags the electic starter over with it. and somtimes slowing down i here it grab the starter is there another 1way bearing i need to replace. issue 2. the 185 has no more adjustment on the clutch and when u got to shift into gear it snaps right in .no smoothness. and is hard to shift into gear sometimes . i have a spare 185motor that feels better and u can tell by the adjustment screw that it has to be in better shape. before i go and tear apart two motors to swap parts ,what if any special tools do i need and am i correct in thinkng that the clutch springs a worn . the trike moves fine but hard to shift. . thanks for all the help in advance!

sorry, is that a manual clutch? I'm not familiar with the 250es
