You definitely had penetration (thats good squishy....).
Anyhow, it was RESCUED, not rexcued, just kiddin with ya bud.......
Ya know, Honda didn't make the best welds I've ever seen.
Looking good, any questions just post or PM us/me but your on the right track and looking GREAT!!
All our government does is distract us while they steal from us, misspend our tax $ and ruin our country
Thanks guys! Yeah DC, I had very good penetration. They aren't going anywhere, but, I could have done better. There's no porosity so I'm more then happy. So far I'm thrilled riding it! Really, really, like it. I've only test ridden a couple Big Reds. One customer bike, the other I was re-selling. This is such a fun wheeler to ride. Was really nice to work on a Honda again.
And, just a FYI to everyone here, the PRM nerfs are not made to work with the gussets. The only ones you have issue with are the gussets that tie the lower sub-frame tube to the lower frame tube (where the swingarm pivot is). They supply a steel plate with two welded stud in it on the left side, and an 1/8" thick piece of aluminum with two 5/16" bolts to clamp the nerfs to the frame. You need longer bolts on the right side, and will have to cut the studs off the steel plate and weld longer bolts to it. I made another aluminum plate and used bolts on that side, but, the chain rubs the lower bolt when the suspension squats over bumps. I'll try to get some pics up tonight so everyone can see.
