What I have in mind is use the 110 bottom end 125 jug piston head etc like a big bore kit will this work and maybe use the 110 head on the 125 will this work like a shaved head for smaller combustion chamber or will the complete trx125 engine bolt on my ATC 70, also have 79 ATC 90 complete pls let me know ideas very interested in hearing what u all can come up with thanks in advance

Take a look at the motor mounts on all the motors if the motor mounts look close to the same it will work. If I remember right all the horizontal Honda motors have the same motor mounts. As far as the cylinders go there is a little work ahead of you. The TRX 125 cylinder may have a larger bolt pattern. It is very easy to find out. Measure the distance between the head bolts ( 4 acorn nuts on the head) if they match, I don't think they will. Then off to the next step. The hight if the cylinder may be a problem. Again if I remember right honda changed the connection rod length when they changer from points to CDI. So if you measure from head gasket to base gasket and they are the same and I men exactly the same then the cylinder is useable.

Take a look at the Chinese motors from tboltusa.com they are cheap and work great in the small trikes. I have a ZS 155 with a big bore kit for a total displacement of 184cc and is killer fast in a atc70. The atc90 motor should drop right in.

the Honda 110 has bigger bolts , where the motor mounts to frame... it is also longer ,,, you will need to "bob" your front fender or "adjust" the rake in the neck,,,, you will also need to remove some metal around the top motor mount to get it to fit inside the frame ... 110 chain size 428, 70 chain size 420, you will need to change one of the sprockets...

Here is a pic of the monster in the Honda atc70. The motor was cheap enough. Started as a zs 155 but is now out to 192cc.

Take a good look at tboltusa.com they have a ton of lifan, pitster,yx,zs, ect. Find the motor that will work for you. Auto clutch are the easiest to install. The klx style heads need a different exhaust system or an adaptor. The 125cc motors are great to ride tons of fun and the larger 150cc+ motors are a hand full if you don't have a sand pit or a wide open field.

Also check out hondaatc70.com they have a ton of stuff at real high quality. If you use a motor with a manual clutch keep in mind about stoping this little rocket. The foot break conversion is very good. Converted 3 so far.

The little 70 is very hard to handle if you hit a small rock or bump at 55+ mph.

I've seen enough pics of this thing over the years also. When are you going to do something with it? Seems like a waste to have it and just take pics of empty cases..

Projects can be slow, especially with what I work and all the things that come up last minute. Sometimes a 2nd set of hands is needed, and those that are close work as much as I do, but, it's a poor excuse. Once I get the first one finished, when will I ever finish the 2nd set of cases??? LOL

Sorry veal if I have upset you. I am just trying to help a fellow member finish his project with out the headache and hassle I went through. That's all. Sorry about the 200x. I come from a pit bike background and all i know about is the smaller horizontal motors. I have never heard of a horizontal 200x motor before.
If you have questions I can try to help. I have only owned a couple of three wheelers, and they where pretty common 250r, 350x, 200x, ect. This atc70 is the only thing that I have that is different from the normal run of the mill machines.
The only thing that I build that has three wheels are atc70s now. Right back to that pit bike thing again.
Once again sorry veal for repeating my self. Just trying to help that's all.

You don't have to apologize to me, just busting on you. You can always pm the cat if he needs big help or he can always pm you. Seems like he's just getting his plan of attack together though.
