I'd be in for 2 of these in size XL if they were on black shirts.

I could do shirts but I have a feeling that a lot of people wouldn't understand the price or say it's too expensive. To get a 3 color shirt screened it is $20.00 for the screen cost per color so $60.00 for the screen cost for a 3 color shirt. It costs around $16.00 per shirt.

To recover the cost of the screening with no profit for time and effort on the designs it would take selling 15 shirts to break even at a $4.00 mark up. Now if the screening cost was upped to say $8.00 a shirt that cost is recovered in 8 shirts at $24 with zero profit.

So if you guys think that we can agree with a single design, a set price...... I'll make the art work and we get enough people to pre-order.....I'll get shirts made.

My local screen printer is cheaper than that.
Also, after 10+ years of doing T-Shirts I have found that you need a 25 shirt min order to break even in the long haul.

What's the local setup cost for you per screen? This is also quoting an american apparel ringer shirt which is more costly than a typical gildan cotton I would guess. I just won't ever wear a glidden cotton shirt, I like tri blends personally.
