Could be. We burned up the clutch on on of our 200xs awhile back. I did not adjust it right and my novice rider son did not know any better. It would not move at all. So bad I thought we broke some hard parts. New clutch fixed it.

Pull the sprocket cover first..See if the front sprocket stays still while in gear. If so you probably stripped the output shaft splines. Seen it before on the 200x. Will have to split cases to fix it if so.

You mean check and see if the shaft is spinning and sprocket splines are stripped ? I checked the sprocket splines they are still good .

Going to open the clutch cover up tomorow

If you burned up a dirt digger kit that quickly, you may have had something adjusted wrong. make sure everything is to the manual's specs so this doesnt happen again. If everything was adjusted right, I would take a look at the clutch basket and pressure plate for possible damage or anything that isnt right that could have caused the clutch to burn up. Just thinking out loud here

Inside looked fine no grooves or anyother damage . I did adjust the clutch as per manual . I guess i was just a little too hard on it past few weeks lol
