So I started to look at tire changers online, but of course, there are millions to choose from. So, instead I said, hey Max, why don't you ask the guys on the board what they use or recommend. So I've decided to ask.
What tire changer do you use? I've tried theand chisel method to no avail. Even stomped on it, drove my truck on it. Heck, once I even cut the damn tire off, but the bead....oh the dreaded bead. Took me a week of grinding to get that puppy off.

Been there and done that, after almost 30 years i took the original tires off my 200s after they dry rotted and started leaking, i ended up using the neighbors pneumatic grinder to get through the bead. He just has a bead breaker he made himself and some tire irons, $5 a tire. I would rather do that than do it myself.

I just broke down a set of original ties and rims on the sx, they were a bear, but I got em, and the mounting end works just fine, popped the new tires right on.

a No-Mar changer has been on my want list for a couple years, but I am not sure how one would work on an 8" rim.

If you can weld aldochina's link is the way to go. But the Coats 220 is the easiest nicest tire changer/bead breaker I've used in all the different shops I've worked at.

I use my gas powered wood splitter to break the bead. Then tire tools to finish it off

If you go harbor freight,,be prepared to do some extra welding and lag it down good. And that will make a decent set up. Being on the farm having tires from wheelbarrows up to and including 30.5/32's,and 20.8/38's. A machine was never an option,so I still use a slam

if you are just doing atv tires...i have the harbor freight bead breaker and it works very well. we have even done dune buggy tires with it.

I too have the Harbor Freight Bead Buster.Works well,rim holder needs to be closer.For $40 can't complain.
