I gotta dig the engine back out the motor shop (not the shop that burnt down), pull the junk top end off, get the good cylinder and big piston all set up (bore), put my new valves in the ported head, do the valve lap, get the right carb, put the NOS clutches in (just had the old clutches in it and they were slipping some), and get the 69 CL90 crank collar to get my clutch adjustment right. Then mod the fiberglass fenders to get the late model seat to fit, and assemble from there. I'm not going to worry about the disk brakes at the moment. I just wanna ride this damn thing.

I may get a more aggressive cam for it as well

UPDATE: Trying to get the engine done before I move. I did score a SWEET and STRAIGHT 2nd gen 110 tank that I'm going to clean up real well and use for those one. I have the cylinder and piston dropped off to be bored. Found out that my cylinder was bored off center from the factory. My machine work guy is trying to get it all re-centered. In the mean time, just trying to get motivated enough to dig the bottom end out and get it all apart again.

Did happen to meet a fellow 90/110 fanatic here in my area though and he and I have been collaborating on these things. Pretty great times!!

Well. Sad/happy day today at the Chucklab. Sold this machine to a good friend of mine about 20 minutes ago. The GREAT news though is that I'll be working with him and will still be around her. And the even BETTER news is, is that he will for sure get it finished and has the funds and resources to do it
