What was the Big grandstand trick this year? I know one year it was 2 helicopters saluting the grandstands, one year 2 backhoes cocked up into the air. What was it this year?

If you really want the full experience, you need to go to Louisville, Kentucky in February for the machinery show and pulls. Yes, Bowling Green is the nationals, but it's an OPEN nationals...any shmuck with something to run can come and run. Louisville is the INVITATIONAL nationals...the competitors have to regionally WIN their way in to compete. And they go for broke, literally. And nothing like watching pulls inside a converted basketball arena!!
