Then you have a high PSI of nitrogen, although an inert gas, any issues and you'll have a bladder c-clip in your face.
One simple fact many do not know which immediately contaminates the shock is similar to refrigeration. You hook up the hose and crack it at the schrader valve until it is purged and only nitrogen is entering, not the dirty air in your 3' hose.
No secrets. Valving and such is merely left to the professionals because they understand what to do for your weight, experience and riding style. We would merely be guessing......
