From the ad: " has new 14" ss rims " so probably ITP SS wheels.

Not sure if they come in the 4x150 bolt pattern of the ATC 200 but they do come in a 4x110 and that fits just about every Honda sport ATV made.
If not, slap a set of 400EX or 200X hubs on it. The fit on all the hard tails and give a 4x110 pattern.
