My friend just got done working on this 200x.

It's an 83 and has a lot of potential but unfortunately I am sure this will be the last time it will look this good. It belongs to a young kid that only cares about it running. The kick starter gears were shot, brakes are there but not working and it doesn't have an air filter. I haven't talked to the owner but we believe it was a barn find. The only thing he wanted fixed was the kick start, so he could ride!

I would refuse to get it running without brakes. He could get very hurt.

    Kids aint got no respect.
Just let him ride it with the moved shifter, saran-wrap headlight and no brakes. He'll learn a lesson from it
I think that those are 84/85 rear plastics as well

One of my other friends is gonna try to talk the boy into selling the trike but our hopes aren't high! It cranks on the first kick and runs great, just needs a little tender loving care to be a really great machine.
