Well, you can tell I'm bored
I put this "Black Bear Wawa Canada" sticker on the headlight shroud of my 84 Yamahauler for no good reason other than the sticker itself has been hanging on a hook in my garage for 35 years and I finally decided to use it.
Back in 1978 we took a family vacation somewhere in Canadaand my parents let me pick out this sticker from a souvenir shop. My Yami is never going to win a prize for beauty, so I stuck it on the headlight shroud. Surprisingly the glue was excellent, it adhered nicely. Cost me 69 cents back in '78. It was made in Edmonton.
On a more serious note, I finally got this machine running right. It was burning rich; I had the damn carb off about 15 times; finally got it tuned right! No dead spots, no sooty plug. This thing is the ultimate cruiser. I just cruise along enjoying the sights when I ride this machine. Love it!
Here's a link to my photobucket page with pics of it in case anyone wants to see more. It sat in a barn for 10 years, got it for $50. I've put quite a bit into it, but it was worth it. Nice running machine. Oh yeah, the seat IS innertubedprevious owner actually did a pretty good job!
