Here is my +3 on my 86R. Still not 100 percent sure on what brand it is.
If you think +2 might be too short, and +4 might be to long, get a +3 best of both worlds.
With your color scheme, I would go with a black swingarm.

What you can do is be patient! Out here in Az what I have noticed is all the collectors I know here in Az have Westcoast swingarms for 1985 ATC's. Out of 5 guys I know everyone has 85 style Westcoast swingers, I am the only one that has a 86 style Westcoast.
So that should be good news to hear, good luck on your search and do not get discouraged!

I have a buddy that converted to 86 style on his and I'm pretty sure he just got an 86 carrier, and found the caliper bracket off an 86 and put that on his old caliper. I would have to ask him to be sure though. I know there are some threads on here also.

You should contact Jason Hall and see if he will extend your stocker. He did the raffle trike swinger and it looked factory and was first rate. I agree with Jason125. Plus 3 is perfect. Both of mine are plus 3. And they are great all around.
