    185s tires

I may be getting a 82 185s and was wondering what's the biggest tire u can fit under it without rubbing without wheel spacers or extended axles.. This one is kind of in bad shape so I plan on putting super swampers and changing the sprockets to make it lower geared also what forks will fit on it so I can put a bigger tire in the front. Thanks

I feel like thats going to make it one rough ride with no suspension and tires like that.

Yah it will be pretty bad but hopefully the tires can work as suspension if I take some air out of them and I don't think those tires are to rough

22x11x8 is about it. I have a set of 22x11x8 AMS swamp fox radials 6 ply rougher then a cobb & break my back, and clear by about an inch. plus tires are practically flat across the top.

Since the 185s is essentially the same frame as the 200 series and the 200m has 25x12x9..I'd say there should be clearance under there for at least 25".

Of course you'd need to change rims too..if you change the hubs to a set of say 200x hubs you are on a standard 4/110 bolt pattern.

You could probably steal a set of rims and tires from a buddies Honda quad to test fit and trial ride. Then decide if you like what you feel.

Not a lot of choice on the 8" stock rims so not a lot of options to experiment with!
