carb rebuild 250es

I'm stuck rebuilding the carb for my 1985 big red 250es. My question is on the pilot screw what all goes together? I have the spring and what looks like a small o-ring and obviously the pilot screw,but the exploded parts shows one more item and I cant tell what it is

Also, when you pro's reassemble the carb, do you use any loctite on any thing or any tips?

Screw, spring, tiny flat washer, ring. The way to remember is you never put the oring next to the spring because the end of the spring will tear up the oring so the washer goes between. No loctite
