Rebuilding '86 250r forks

Anyone know of any write ups or guides/vids to rebuilding '86 atc 250r forks? I plan on putting in new progressive springs and probably fork seals(which ones do you guys recommend getting and from where?). I'm not sure if theres anything important I should or shouldn't do when taking them apart and putting them together.

Look up videos on YouTube. That's how I learned when looking up how to change fork seals. A lot more helpful than reading it out of a book or something.
