Got this trike for 100$. Motor is not locked up. SEAT is good, rear plastic is hooped, tank has dents but not rusty, exhaust looks good. Not sure what I am going to do with it. Have 3 projects that should come before this one. I just could not help buying it.

I'd say get the few missing parts, fix the stripped shifter, do something with that oversized grab bar and then make it a runner. Would make a good bush beater.
