New from MA with a trike and few atv's

Hey guys, I just bought a kawasaki KLT160 earlier today for $200 and have some questions about it already. I've 15 years old and have been riding since early elementary school. Bought the trike just for a local beater to have some fun with, it runs great, has new rear tires and original plastics but different gas tank. I started looking for a trike after my friend picked up a mint condition Honda big red 250atc a few months ago and found the klt for cheap on CL.

My main ride is my 2008 Kawi KFX 450R fuel injection, I love it and it's wicked fun. My dad bought a 2011 sportsman 500 new for himself with a winch and plow and it now has 757 miles on it and I would say that my dad hasn't even driven 15 of those over 700 miles so it's basicly mine haha. And then I have a 2010 Polaris Phoenix 200 that I don't really ride but I'm keeping for my younger brother even tho he's been out of riding for a few years now.

Welcome to the forums. For being young it seems your pretty lucky to have all them toys to play with. I ride my dad's toy more than he probably ever has and its practically mine except his is 29 years old and a atc.

Haha and I know the tank is from a big red. The guy I bought it off of didn't know much about it at all, he thought it was a 1994 and only knew it was a Kawasaki 160 because of what it says on it but I don't know how he even assumed that after the fact the last trike they made was around 88 and all he had to do was read the sticker in front of gas tank that says year and vin. I knew they only made the klt160s for one year and that was 85 so that's why I couldn't refuse the deal since they are pretty rare, he lived an hour and a half away and he dropped it off at my house just for $20 which made it even better. It's not mint at all, but a no brainer deal still.

Right, and I wish it were 20!

I'm getting new front tire at pilgrim powersports this week cuz the front is junk.
