Welcome to the boards Thomas.
You running rich/ lean. The float is stuck. Need new seals. 2 strokes require oil in addition to the gasoline. Adjust the cable. Buy a Honda. Lots of WD-40. Don't touch that, it's hot.
That should take care of most of you're problems.
