Honda atc 110 smoking issues

I recently got our old honda atc going, i cleaned the head and valves and they seat well, i also replaced the exhaust valve seal, the intake valve did not have a seal. It has decent compression when i pull it over, i have it running and riding good, it has plenty of power, but sometimes at idle it will begin smoking almost a blue gray smoke, and when i rev it it for a while i goes away, i thought maybe it was the rings but they are fairly new and compression is not an issue.

Cylinder is probably out of round , time for an over bore .
