1985 Rear Brake caliper, and break stay help

You have an 86 rear swinger there, which is why the stay fits...now all you need is the 86 bracket.... you also have the correct rear axle and sprocket set-up for the 86...so unless that parts bike is complete or an 86, i'd be careful swapping rear end parts.

So I need the 1986 bracket that the caliper bolts on to? basically the bracket is smaller since it does not need to have a torsion bar attachment hole on the end? would the bracket in the 2 following pics solve my problem??
