yamaha TRI Z 86 TIMING

Gents what is the correct timing for a 86 tri z, i only have a manuel for a 85,it says 1.66 btdc is this correct?,and would it be any different if the bike is not standard, mine has full d+g and 38mm keihin carb,thanks

I don't know if this info is all correct there is something weird in the PDF file, in the same section (service data) it says spark plug NGK B9ES and the first page (cylinder head parts list & diagram) NGK B8ES

Thanks Dave I had it set at 1.66 it just didn't seem right today, ill re set tomorrow, on the plugs side they both do work but I think the No9 just runs hotter
