ok, my friend and i were out today and we tried to tow a gokart with his ATC 70 . After we did that the 3 wheeler started having this problem. When you try to start going it goes put-put-put and lurches forward sparatically. When the thing is in neutral it revs fine. What might the problem be? Im thinkin the cluch might be burned?
If it dosent work the first time hit it harder

Yep, sounds like a clutch problem.

One thing you can say about me is I tell it like it is. If I say I have a bunch I do.
Dealership: We have been buying and selling them for about 15 years now ( Feb 1989 ).
How it started: The shop got started by accident ( and a few beers ). Pickle was riding a 86 200x and I had a 85 200x and a mint 85 125m. I wanted to sell the 125m so other people couldn't ride it. I got tired of repairing it after they brought it back, and I had 1 too many trikes to take care of.
Pickle said it would be OK if I tried selling it at his place. So we put the 125m out to the road and about 75 people stopped to look at it ( 3-4 days ). It sold rather quickly.
After it sold, Pickle and me was enjoying a case of beer and the idea came to buy a couple and fix them up to sell and make a little "mad money". A partnership was started. So we took the money from the 125m and invested it into more 3 wheelers. We stored them in his building. One thing led to another and within 1 year we had bought a bunch of them. We sold quite a few also. Word got out we had parts and the people came looking for parts also. This proved to be where the best money was. After 2 or 3 years we had over 100 3 wheelers in the shop. It took every spare dime we could get to buy them. It looked real Purdy though!!!!
The shop was bursting at the seams. So we pretty much quit searching for 3 wheelers. But by then it was too late. People started bringing the machines to us. Some we bought others we had to pass on. We very seldomly passed up on a deal. We keep re-organizing the shop to fit more in there. Right now we have atc90's & 110's stacked 9 high. Most all the others are parked on the grab bar to make room. With this many in the shop it is a mess. Some machines I haven't seen in years. But I know they are there. lol
In the 15 years we have dealt with ATV's we have always stuck mainly with 3 wheelers. We have had months of next to no buisness and other times where 60 hrs a week isn't enough. We haven't spent $100 in advertizing in 15 years ( Not counting the internet ). We built the shop on word of mouth and Old School values: Treat your customers as you would want to be treated. And go the extra mile. Seal the deal with a hand shake. As you can see from the picture we must have done something right.
The funniest thing about the shop: It all started because I had 2 machines and thought I had too many. Now we have how many? Too Darn many, but sometimes it seems we don't have enough!! lol
