    85-86 250R waterpump weep hole?

Just a curious- WHAT IF ?. What WOULD happen IF the weep hole was blocked (intentionally or not) with a present leak on the mech. seal. What happens to the water trying to escape then, would it then take out the oil seal into transm.?? -overheat rite away? or not?.....I know some of you have come across a sealed up weep hole- does it run for a while without a problem?

I dont have this issue & dont plan on trying this EVER so dont worry-just wondering

It would probably get trapped there in between the waterpump & oil seals, or possibly be forced passed the oil seal and on into the transmission.

I would simply not using it until you install a new seal.Coolant in oil will be long to remove and clean correctly.Doesn't worth a ride.
