Need to buy 2 batteries 250 es and sx

Tri-again you just sold a good handful of batteries! I just popped on one for my boys trx90.

I know the 85 es has the positive buried under the seat with the neg terminal towards the back, facing the trike from the left side.
It would s&^% if they were backwards, so something to check although that one orange battery had them marked correctly.
Now I gotta check that the sx is the same before I spring for them.

Nice to see prices falling like computer accessories, for sure.
We used the es battery to build a fence the other night.
I bet it kept that H4 halogen high beam lit for at least an hour and still started the trike.

They are correctly oriented for both machines sir..verified!

I just wish the terminals were marked more clearly
on the ebay pix.
Guess if they're listed as for sx and es they should be ok.

Not bad to kick start but sure gets old fast in this kinda weather

funny with a slow battery mine won't start but if I walk it around to the compression stroke, it will fire in a 1/4 kick.
I usually stand next to the trike facing backwards and kick it standing on the ground.

Much easier with a bum leg.

Hey, when do we start worrying about starter gears?
do they sound funny? or simply catastrophic fail?

I went ahead and bought one of those off of ebay. I figured for the price, you cant go wrong. Like kb0nly said above, I paid double that for the last one I bought as well. Ill let you all know what I think when I get it.

So, I got the battery, and so far its been great. Fires right up, every time. Went out for a ride, no problems. Im honestly pretty impressed for the money, and now regret paying double that for the last one I bought.

Got one of these the other day for one of my Yamahas..not a gel, but still a decent battery and fit is perfect. Just an FYI for the Yamaha guys..
