Is just this issue rare or are all issues of 3Wheeling considered rare? Do some issues bring more money than others?

I think the 86 issues had less made because three wheelers were being phased out and more people focused on the 4wheel mags. This one has the 86 tri-z write up. It's a real cool issue. Maybe it's not more rare, but less copies of all 86 three wheeler magazines seem to exist . The April one seems real saughter after.
