That's 4! Just need 1 more! Consider this a go! If need be and we don't get a fifth I will buy a 2nd set and "sit on it". Will need to wait for tax return my self for that though. So start saving your pennies guys. Mid March time frame it is. There is no limit to how many we can get just the minimum of 5. So if more want in there is time.

I was wondering if they would do the headlight bezle mold also? I know its probably a longshot everyone would want the bezle also in white. It would be sweet to have the whole set. If not I'm still in for the fenders.

Didn't even think about the headlight bezel. That would be nice especially since the red one I have is painted.

I was thinking of just trying to run a later model R re-pop head light. Figured since they are only strapped on I could make it work. I would go for a stock 1st gen one as well if they still have the mold. I will need to call Maier first to see if they still have the mold and if they are willing to set it back up. Then I would need to get a hold of ZMP to see what cost would be if they can be produced. With it not being something they even offer in their catalog anymore it could add up to extra setup fees or additional units required to fill an order. I will do some research and report back.

Well you got till mid march to throw back some coin. Would love to have a 5th! If we shoot for Mar 25th thats 10 wks from today. $25 per week needs sacked (1 less case of beer). Let me know as we get closer.
Called Maier today but they only have Mon - Thur. hrs. I will try on Monday to see if they even have the headlight bezel molds anymore and take it from there.

Just got off the phone with Jeff at Maier Plastics. They don't have neither did they ever to his recollection have a mold for the 81/82 headlight shroud. Guess our options are trying to fit a later model R with the straps? Late model SX with straps (good luck finding a nice one of those reasonable), vinyl wrap, or paint. Was a great idea, but unfortunately not available.
