honda 200 help

bought a bike cheep and need a hand getting a few things sorted, its an old bike but the date has gone of the plate,
it has sprung a couple of fuel hose leaks and i have taken some pics, pic 1 is of the choke and 2 points that leak fuel the bottom one had a hose off it which had perished but it didn't connect to any where? should it connect to the one above the choke?
pic 2 is of the fuel/air filter box which has broken the hose connection point off the bottom the hose off the bottom also went to know where? is it a breather?
pic3 is the bike
i also need to work out the wire colours for front and rear lights as they had been disconected

1982 regular atc200 .
If leaking out the bottom of the over flow / drain the float valve has issues , its either dirty , worn out or the float is out of adjustment .
