I noticed some oil weeping down the side of the case where the oil filter cover is. Either that or its finding its way past dipstick ? Are there any O ring gaskets for the oil filter cover and dipstick ?

They each have an o-ring.
The filter cover has 2. The large outside o-ring and a smaller o-ring where the oil goes thru it. I put grease on them.
They can be reused but if your leaking, change the 2 on the cover....
